Last week there was an eBay auction which contained several NY OA Neckerchiefs including a 1989 Section NE-7B Conclave Neckerchief which was a need of mine.

The neckerchief I need is on the left side of the picture. If the auction winner is a reader or if anyone else has a 1989 Section NE-7B Neckerchief available for trade or sale, I would be interested. Even a good scan to add to my NYS Section Conclave Checklist would be appreciated.
