CHATAUQUA COUNTY COUNCIL RWS HALF STRIP

Collecting Red and White strips is one area of collecting, I never really got into myself, but it is one that many do collect.  I thought I might begin to highlight some NY RWS (and other color combinations) which catch my eye.

Here is recent RWS [2] half strip from eBay.

As you can see, this one went for $400 on eBay recently.
