The new Section NE-3A continues the traditions of the ‘old’ NE-3A and NE-3B by issuing Section a set of flaps for the NOAC.
All of these flaps share a common design, a Scout with stave hiking towards Indiana University.
The Border, Lodge Name and WWW are much darker than what is shown in the scan.
