Like Tkaen DoD Lodge #30, Ga-Hon-Ga did not issue any NOAC patches on their own, the new Section NE-3A continued the traditions of the ‘old’ NE-3A and NE-3B by issuing Section a set of flaps for the NOAC.
As has happened for the last several NOAC’s, the Section, NE-3A, issued a series of flaps, one for each lodge in the section.
The flaps share a common design, a Scout with stave hiking towards Indiana University.
