The first Section NE-3A Conclave was hosted by Kayanernh-Kowa Lodge #219 and held at their Camp Woodlands. The two patch issues used the Survivor motif.
First was the pocket patch:

The Jacket Patch has a similar design, but includes all of the lodge numbers in the new section.

I see Tahgajute was listed. I want to know if a contingent was truly there.
