JW sends along word of a delegate set for the 2009 NOAC from Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont Lodge #165. As with the Trader set, when these patches were received, the color was not what was ordered and the items reissued with the correct color creating an a and b varieties.
The design is the same as the S29a/X9a, but the delegate version has SMY border rather than Black.
