I was trolling the closed eBay Auctions for 2009 NOAC issues and came across this American folklore set.
You can click on the image above to be brought to the auction for the next few months.
So what’s the story on this one? Looks like a spoof set to me with an admittedly different twist. Were they that popular at NOAC?
Over $118 seems a bit pricey for the 5 pieces, can anyone fill us in on the story?

Hey bill. That Folklore set wasnt at all popular at NOAC. The Most popular patches were from Wiatava(california), Nentigo(maryland), Achpateuny(Far east council), Yokahu(Puerto Rico), and Apoxky Aio(not sure of location). There were a few others but i only saw this set once the entire week at Noac.
Devan,
Thanks for the comment. I have to admit while it may be of interest to some, the price realized has me scratching my head.
Hey bill. If you were scratching your head when you saw this, your going to be dumbfounded when you take a look at what i just found. I believe it is officially the most expensive set of 2009 NOAC patches yet to sell on ebay. Im assuming it must be of interest to members in the lodge because i dont think any one outside of the lodge, no matter how bad they wanted it would pay $455 on a set of patches. AND THERES STILL A DAY AND 20 HOURS LEFT!
