I just finished updating my NYS 2009 NOAC checklist. It is still a work in progress there are already nearly 75 separate patches described on the checklist. It will likely be updated on a near daily basis at least through the end of the month, so keep checking back.
The number of issues will easily top 100 and will likely hit 125.
