JW sends along images of a 2009 NOAC Trader set from Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont Lodge #165. The careful reader will have noted the S29a and X9a references in the title.  When these patches were received, the color was not what was ordered and the items reissued with the correct color creating an a and b varieties.

The stats for this one should be:
S29a BLK R RED M/C M/C FDL Tan outlined BLK, RED 165 BLK WWW, AHC Tan Beak w/X9a – Trader
X9a BLK R RED – – Tan outlined BLK Heron Man Tan Fletchings BLK NOAC 2009 w/S29a – Trader

There were reportedly 200 sets made.
