Since 1996, the Northeast Region has been issuing patches for those staffing and attending the annual Section Officers Seminar frequently held at Camp Alpine.
Shown below is the patch issued to participants in 1999.
I’m looking for the 2000 issue which is the same design with a yellow border. Can anyone help me out?
