The 2002 Section NE-3A Conclave was hosted by Langundowi Lodge #46 and held at their Custaloga Town Scout Reservation. The theme was “Cheerfully Green in Brotherhood.”
As far as I know there were two items issued for the conclave:
A Round pocket patch:
and a small odd-shaped patch made to attach over the empty plat on the pocket patch as a participant award.

Chris Carlson, sends an image of the booklet from the Section NE-3A 2002 Conclave hosted by Langundowi Lodge #46. As you can see, the pamphlet cover indicates the event was held over the weekend of June 5-7, 2002.

Update June 2017:
Todd Rogers sends along a scan of a neckerchief participants of the event.
I bought a collection last weekend and found an interesting piece in there. Apparently there was also a Neckerchief that participants could have made for that weekend. I’ve pictured it here but figured you’d want to know.
