Another discovery from the collection of Frank Mullane. There is already a neckerchief with this design, the 412 N5 (and b varieites), but it does not have the piping that is on the neckerchief below.
I’ve designated the issue below as the N4.5, although it may have been issued after the N5.
As before, there is some controversy within the lodge if these are true Lodge issues by their definition.
