1988 was the last Conclave for Section NE-2B at least in its current incarnation. the patch and neckerchief do not indicate the host lodge or location for the event. The theme was Firm Bound in Brotherhood.

That was the second conclave I attended (in my Scouting career) and am 99.9% certain it hosted by Ona Yote #34 and held at Camp Kingsley. Ahhhhhh…..memories…….or lack of……
