While cleaning out my camera, I came across this pair of images I obtained at the 2008 NE-2C Section Conclave. Bob F. shared the pair of issues which are recognition of Exceptional Service Awards given out by the Lodge.
The bottom flap was previously listed in the Blue Book as the S9.5, the top flap with the black FDL is the new version. Apparently they were first given out in early 2008.
