The 1986 Section NE-2C Conclave was hosted by Ty-Ohni Lodge #95 and held at Camp Cutler. There was the typical pocket patch:

Thanks to Rob Cunningham for the scans. Both the patch and neckerchief are currently needs of mine.
According to Rob, there was also a mug issued for the event.
