I had previously posted news about the International Scout Traders Association pre-NOAC TOR being held at the NOAC Facility. There is now a preliminary flyer available on the ISCA website. Don’t know if my schedule is flexible enough to attend this event, but it sounds like it will be well worth while.
Some key info:
For the first time ever, the Trade-O-Ree will be on campus
and an official part of NOAC.The Trade-O-Ree will be next to contingent registration on Saturday and the event will be listed in the NOAC participant program.
