The 1961 Area 2-D Conclave was hosted by Loon Lodge #364 and held at Camp Bedford.
According to Rob Higgens’ OA Sections site, the Lodges in 2-D at the time were:

There was at least a patch and silkscreened neckerchief with the patch issued for the event.
