Did not know about this issue until after the end of the 2008 NE-2C Conclave held at Camp Keowa. Shu Shu Gah Lodge #24 was the host and service lodge. For the first time in its history, the lodge issued a Service Lodge patch for the Conclave. This was not a general staff issue, and I understand that it was only given to members of Shu Shu Gah Lodge.
