The 1996 Section NE-3B Conclave was hosted by Otahnagon Lodge #172 and held at Camp Tuscarora. The theme for the conclave was “The Spirit Begins.”

I have a Staff patch that also has a pine tree pin on it. Not sure if it was issued that way, or if someone just put them together. There is no writing on the tree, but it matches the embroidered image exactly. Wondering is this was another issue for this event?
Guessing it is a pin issued for completing certain participation requirements. Can anyone confirm?
