Section NE-3B 2006 Conclave Issue

I had previously written about the regular issue from the 2006 Section NE-3B Conclave held at Camp Rotary and hosted by Tahgajute Lodge #247. I recently acquired the patch pictured below which has a red border, rather than the black pictured in the earlier post.

Is this a staff issue or a Prototype? Can anyone shed some light on this?

  1. I aquired these two this last weekend at the NE-3A conclave, the explaination I got from the people running the auction was that one was given to participants and the other could be purchased, not sure which is which. They however said that they were not 100% sure.

  2. From the Section NE-3B Lodge chief, and no I don’t have a scan of the blue one…

“black bordered ones were for anyone who attended the conclave. The Red ones were more rare, I would say that was the Service lodges patch. The lodge with the most in attendance was a light blue border.” -Dan-
