Buckskin Lodge #412 Neckerchief N0.5

Brian Petrowski sends along a bit of interesting information on the Buckskin Lodge #412 N0.5 neckerchief.  He advises that:

Since our lodge neckerchiefs are 1 per life these were made up for the contingent going to the 1960 Jamboree to have neckerchiefs to trade.

While unrestricted, since it was only issued for this single event and Buckskin was a large lodge, this one is probably tougher than the 1per life N1 and N2 neckerchiefs.   You can see a sample of the neckerchief below.
