Here is another Area 2-H Conclave Neckerchief, this on from 1962. As you can see from the image below, neither the host lodge name nor number is shown on the neckerchief. It does indicate Elmira, however. Elmira, NY was the headquarters for Sullivan Trail Council and Seneca Lodge #394.
Is anyone aware of any other items issued for this conclave?

Senaca 394 was indeed host, and event was held at the Harris Hill Co. Youth Camp in Elmira.
