The Second in the updated OBV Spring, Winter,Fall set from Onteroraus Lodge #402 is the Brotherhood flap.
The S43 is a computer designed version of the S27. Without the issues side by side, the most telling difference is the flat white sky. There are several other smaller difference, a darker green border and FDL. And at least in my specimens, the S43 CD version is slightly smaller than the Swiss S27.
My S43 flap is 127mm in length vs. about 130mm for the S27. This is about the thickness of the border.
