Collecting New York State OA, one patch at a time.
Gene Berman provided me with the information for the second of two new issues from Suanhacky Lodge #49. This one is a new regular issue flap. While the embroidery does cover 85-90% of the flap, if you check the uppper left and right corners you will see a blue twill sky. This gives this flap an F designation.

This one has Twill Left Smooth (TLS), anyone finds a Twill Right, let me know.
