A first for Shu shu Gah Lodge, is a patch for its 11th Annual Trade-O-Ree. The patch was issued in limited quantities as a thank you for those who helped out on the event or donated significant materials to the lodge auction.
The proceeds from this years auction are being used for the Reeves Lodge Renovation Fund, part of a capital campaign for the renovation of the training center in Camp Alpine. The lodge has pledged to raise a significant sum to aid in the renovation, and the proceeds of Saturday’s Auction become the first step towards fulfilling that pledge.
If you are interested in donating materials for the 2007 auction, there are still a few patches remaining. For more information, please contact me at billmul at mindspring dot com
The design of the patch was a throwback to the orange and black flaps from the 1960’s.
