In addition to the pocket patch I posted about several days ago, Section NE-2C which held its Conclave, in late August 2006, also issued a Jacket Patch.
The conclave was held in West Point, themed the “Big Apple Bash” and was co-hosted by Man-a-hattin Lodge #82 and Achewon Netopalis Lodge #427.
