Section NE-2C held its Conclave, A Big Apple Bash in late August 2006. The conclave was held in West Point and was co-hosted by Man-a-hattin Lodge #82 and Achewon Netopalis Lodge #427.

One version of the patch had a button loop issued to participants, a version without the loop was sold in the trading post.
