Section NE-2A 1979 Conclave Neckerchiefs

In 1979, the Section NE 2A conclave was hosted by Lodge #418 Thay-en-da-ne-gea. My understanding was that they had issued a single patch and a neckerchief for the event. It has just been brought to my attention, that there was a second neckerchief for the event. The previously known example was silkscreened on white cloth with red piping. The ‘newer’ variety was silkscreened on blue cloth.

Does anyone know the significance of the 2 colors? Was one a staff or host lodge piece? Any information would be appreciated.
