Matthew Crance sends word of a 417 variety. Originally the S19 was issued for the 50th Anniversary of the Lodge (hence the GMY Border). However the lodge has continued to use the issue over the years. The main distinguishing point is the original variety was a cloth back (CB). The reordered patch had a plastic back (PB) and therefore is considered a separate variety. YMMV.
