Black chenille is general resale/fundraiser.
White chenille is restricted to delegates.
Black ghost was a goof up, So one to each delegate.
The orange border flap with ghosted NOAC is the $5.00 fundraiser.
The Gold MYL flap with ghosted NOAC is the delegate issue.
The two piece YEL border is the trader
The two piece Gold MYL border is the restricted delegate issue.
