I had previously written a post, regarding two varieties of the Shu Shu Gah Lodge #24 S7. In that post, I described two versions of the S7, where the single most significant difference was the placement of the beak on the letter H. In one , the Heron’s beak was covering part of the crossbar of the H(pictured below). In the other the beak was near the top of the H.
The next image, shows a third variation. In this case, the Heron’s beak is slightly above the crossbar and the white background material is clearly visible.
I think I’ll stand by initial inclination to describe the S7 as MVE rather than S7a, S7b, S7c, … there are likely more intermediate varieties too.
Of course you should collect what you want and fits your own collecting style.
Bill, I think you have some formatting problems with this post. There’s a very narrow column of text between the two images. I can’t make out what you’re trying to say there.
Sigh It looks fine in Firefox and Internet Explorer 7 at 1280X800 resolution; but in lower resolution and IE6 the center column is unreadable. Will fix it now.
