Shu Shu Gah Lodge will be conducting a live auction at the 2008 TOR. The proceeds from the Auction will be used as part of the lodge’s commitment to the Reeves Lodge Capital Campaign which has been set up by GNYC to refurbish Reeves Lodge, the training center at Camp Alpine. Many of you know Reeves Lodge from the many NLS, SOS and other training courses held there. If you are interested in donating items for this auction, please contact me.
We continue our efforts to publicize the TOR. Flyers have been or will be handed out at many of the upcoming local TOR’s, at the NE-2C Section Conclave which Shu Shu Gah Lodge is hosting, GNYC’s Summer Camp Ten Mile River, the Ten Mile River Scout Museum, the TMR Annual Alumni Day, the GNYC 2008 Steakout (Program Kickoff), the Lodge newsletter, the Blue Heron and other local Scouting events.
Flyers or information will also be available in ISCA website, on various dealer lists, local Scout Camps, etc.
Please mark your calendars; I look forward to seeing you all at the TOR.
