The 2017 Section NE-3A Conclave was held at Camp Babcock Hovey and hosted by Tschipey Achtu Lodge (#95). Not sure of the theme, but the image was tie died.

For the 2017 NE 3A section conclave they had many items. Pictured by itself is the event patch with loop. Also there was a neckerchief, backpatch, and what I believe was well to be honest not sure… the rectangular red boarder was issued to the host lodge participants, the black boarder was the participation patch, and I thought I saw a green boarder which was issued to the lodge for winning the spirit award, not 100% on that. Also host lodge came out with a 2017 section conclave event flap.
