I had previously written about the Half Moon Lodge #28 2012 NOAC Trader Set and the 2012 NOAC Delegate Set. There was also a second delegate set with a Silver Mylar border which was issued in much smaller quantities than the Red Border set. I only recently was able to obtain an image.
My scanner washes out the border color, while it appears white, it is Silver Mylar.
