Section NE-3A 2013 Conclave Issues

The 2013 Section NE-3A Concalve was held at Camp Sam Wood and hosted by Ashokwahta Lodge #339 The theme for the 2013 weekend was The Legend Lives On.

There were at least 4 patches and a neckerchief issued for the event. From what I have been told, there were 3 pocket patches:
First is the Participant Patch with a pocket loop.

There was also a trading post version without the loop.

There was also a Brown bordered version, not sure if this was a staff version or for completing a specific set of requirements. Can anyone confirm what it was issued for?

Update Nov. 2014I need the Brown bordered patch if anyone has one available. Got it!

There was also a Jacket Patch.

Chris Carlson advised that there were two additional patches issued for the event, a White border

Can anyone confirm the purpose for the White Border?

There was also a Ceremonial Growth and Development version.

Both are currently needs for me if anyone has one for trade or sale.

Chris Carlson sends along an image from another pocket patch issued for the event which he picked up at the Section Patch Auction at this years conclave.

Can anyone confirm the purpose for this border? And have one for trade or sale?
