“Always do right; it will gratify some people and astonish the rest.” – Mark Twain
While I can’t tell you what you want to know, I’m curious to know why some have Vigil arrows and others don’t.
Ahtuhquog 540 was in NE-6 through 1994. So this is likely from no earlier than 1995.
(The totem for #57 and the lack of a #67 also establishes that this was from after the 1993 merger that created Enda Lechauhanne 57.)
(Unfortunately OASections appears to be down, so I can’t see if there’s anything there to narrow it down further.)
I am from Enda Lechauhanne#57 that is back issued by Enda for the section at the 1995 conclave.
I was at the 95 Conclave and I don’t believe this was issued then. If memory serves, this was issued in 1997 at the last NE-5 conclave along with the “10 lodges one great section” numbered Chenille and sold at the Trading Post at the event at 7 Mountains that Monaken hosted.
