In 1989 the newly formed Section NE-5’s Conclave was hosted by Gyantwachia Lodge #255 and the event was held at their (see comment from Rob Higgens) Camp Custaloga Town. the theme for the weekend was “Seek To Serve”
There was only a single New York Lodge, Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont #165 in Section NE-5. While it is basically a PA Section, its patches are still sought by NY Section Conclave collectors.

Were any other items issued for this event?
Update February 2018
Todd Rogers advised
I was going through my collection and realized there are two different varieties for the 1989 NE-5 patch that you mention:
In addition to the no loop version, there was a version with a loop.

My guess would be trading post version and a participant version. Can anyone confirm?

Custaloga Town is actually French Creek (Langundowi) Council’s camp. I forget why Gyantwachia couldn’t host it at Olmstead (that was just before my induction)
