There had been a few posts on Patch-L regarding the location of one of the early Area 3A conclaves. John Pannell also hosted several posts on the memorabilia from these events.
I noticed an auction earlier this week which contained several of these Area 3A Neckerchief Slides.
With over 10 hours to go, the auction is well over $ 900.00.
Where do you think it will wind up?

“We pay too little attention to the reserve power of the people to take care of themselves. We are too solicitous for government intervention, on the theory, first, that the people themselves are helpless, and second, that the government has superior capacity for action. Often times both of these conclusions are wrong.” – President John Calvin Coolidge, Jr.
