The new NE-3A continued the traditions of the ‘old’ NE-3A and NE-3B by issuing a set of flaps for the NOAC. Iin addition to the trader and delegate sets, Ho-De-No-Sau-Nee Lodge #159 also has a flap from the Section NE-3A set.
These flaps share a common design, a Scout with stave hiking towards Indiana University.
The Border, Lodge Name and WWW are much darker than shown in the scan.
