The 1971 Area 2-J Conclave to the best of my knowledge only had a single stealth issue.
I say stealth issue as the pocket patch does not indicate that it was for Area 2-J, does mention the event nor indicate where it was head.
The arrowhead shaped patch does contain WWW and is dated 1971.
If anyone is aware of any other issues for this event. please let me know.
